For centuries and within every Church there is this raging debate over the rapture, and the questions we have going back and forth is whether there is going to be a rapture, and if there is going to be a rapture, will it be a pretribulation rapture, a mid-tribulation rapture, or a post tribulation rapture.
This debate has been going on for some time now, and I have watched it divine churches and destroyed relationships, and on account of those damaged relationships many have fallen out of love for one another, and in that case out of love with Christ.
Now, there is a huge miss understanding when it comes to the letters Paul wrote to the Church in Thessalonica, and Corinth, letters we use to conclude there will be a rapture of the Church, and if some believers among us do not accept this doctrine of the rapture, we then turn to say they are cults, and false teachers.
So, what we have decided to do here at Spectacle for Christ is review the letters Paul wrote and the question we are presenting is the one having to do with the letters. We would like to know why Paul wrote to the churches in Thessalonica, and Corinth, and what was his message to the churches. Because if we can uncover why Paul wrote to the churches, I believe we can regroup in love for one another in obedience to Christ.
Now, to help us work through this question together, what we went ahead and did for you is record for you the review of these letters in this podcast along with posting the letters on our website. This is to help you read, comment, and follow along as we take you on this journey of discovery.
And what we would love for you to do later after we conclude our series and study of Paul’s letter is join us in a live discussion on the subject, and so we are inviting you to subscribe to our free podcast at spectacleforchrist.com.
So, with your bible in hand, we would love to welcome you to the Spectacle for Christ Podcast Ministry. And we hope you will be blessed by this series.
