We have read the message and word of Jesus Christ concerning the love of God, but how many of us understand what Jesus meant when he speaks of the love of God for sending his son in the world?
For the most part, God loved the world so much, he gave us his one and only son so that if we choose to believe on him we shall be saved. However, do we know from what we shall be saved, and do we understand the love of God has nothing to do with our emotional love? And do we know John 3:16-17 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. w the phrase “one and only son” is a message for us to realize there is no one else beside Jesus who can save us.
In this bible study we will be exploring what these things mean, and what we need to understand by these statements made by Jesus Christ. Therefore, come ready with your bible and let us study the scripture together…
